Questo dispositivo supplementare a IQ è pensato per essere utilizzato direttamente in sala, appoggiato dove preferisci o installato a parete grazie al suo supporto (opzionale per Satellite 15”). È la soluzione ideale per prendere ordinazioni in zone extra come un dehor o una terrazza o ovunque ci sia necessità di una postazione supplementare per gestire le attività legate alla sala e agli ordini, la sua flessibilità è massima.

IQ SATELLITE può essere usato dal personale di sala in maniera condivisa per registrare gli ordini con estrema semplicità. Grazie al lettore di chiavi operatore di cui è dotato IQ SATELLITE c’è una veloce, pratica ed univoca identificazione dell’operatore che può effettuare il login semplicemente appoggiando al lettore la sua chiave magnetica. Con altrettanta semplicità il logout avviene rimuovendo la chiave e IQ SATELLITE è pronto per ricevere il prossimo ordine da un diverso operatore.

CON SmartTDE LAVORARE SU SATELLITE È SEMPLICE E IMMEDIATO

La semplicità di utilizzo di IQ SATELLITE è supportata dalla applicazione di frontend SmartTDE, la stessa presente nel punto cassa. Questo garantisce una semplice e immediata confidenza con IQ SATELLITE da parte del personale di sala. SmartTDE assicura la condivisione delle sale tavoli gestendo anche le priorità e impedendo l’accesso simultaneo allo stesso conto da parte di più operatori, anche in presenza dei palmari NANO o QUICK MENU.

IQ SATELLITE va ad aggiungersi al tuo POS IQ e si sincronizza automaticamente con tutti i tuoi dispositivi Labware. Puoi integrarlo agevolmente con NANO, QUICK MENU e soprattutto con USB port che diventa così la tua stampante di servizio per i preconti da presentare ai tavoli.

SATELLITE COLLEGABILI AL POS IQ

IQ SATELLITE ha necessità di essere collegato come CLIENT ad una rete locale dove sia presente IQ 10 o IQ 15 che faranno da server al dispositivo. Gli ordini registrati da IQ SATELLITE, vengono inviati direttamente a IQ che gestisce tutte le stampe verso i centri di preparazione. Ordini dai tavoli, asporto o consegne a domicilio condivisi e aggiornati in tempo reale con tutti i sistemi della rete.

SATELLITE si connette alla rete locale tramite cavo LAN o WI-FI (kit opzionale)

Industry 4.0 incentives: 2022–2025

Tax breaks for the technological transition of Industry 4.0 have been confirmed for 2022 and will remain in place until 2025. This three-year plan also includes the tourism sector and provides a very useful tool for the modernization of hospitality in Italy.
Tax relief is claimed on the F24 form as a tax credit; the procedures remain unchanged.

The digitization of business processes also involves the management and supervision of activities and logistics. In this context, it is essential to ensure high technological standards and to collect and manage data from daily operations in order to reduce costs and optimize service efficiency.

The systems LABWARE  dedicated to the management and supervision of activities and logistics, including hardware terminals (with embedded SmartTDE and 4FrontEnd software) and 4CloudOffice cloud software, enable the management of activities in the hospitality and retail industries.

These are systems specifically designed to digitize the management of sales and customer service processes, whose general configuration must be designed according to the specific type of activity carried out and the specific type of point of sale.

The characteristics of the assets have been verified in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex A of Law No. 232 of December 11, 2016, No. 232, in order to be able to take advantage of the tax benefits and concessions of the tax credit for investments in capital goods, provided for by Law No. 178 of December 30, 2020, paragraphs 1051 to 1063, and found to be compliant.
