Newly-paid bills will be added to the closed documents and will be included in the end-of-day statistics. What’s more, bills can be reprinted or cancelled as if they had been paid directly at the cash desk.

More and more people are paying electronically (with credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) so you don't want to risk your staff losing their tips.
