smaRT Infinity sends a digital copy of the sales receipt to the customer’s smartphone simply by moving their device closer to the cash register thanks to contactless technology. Alternatively, they can scan the QR code that appears on the customer display.
The document is immediately exchanged between the merchant and customer, clearly saving time. In fact, currently to send a receipt, the customer’s sensitive data must be requested, such as their e-mail address or telephone number. This lengthy, outdated operation is therefore completely eliminated. Furthermore, digital receipts help make a sustainable, green choice, completely eliminating the need for a paper printout of the document.
