As a result of the epidemiological emergency from COVID 19, Decree Law No. 34 of May 19, 2020 (Relaunch Decree) moved to the January 1, 2021 the requirement to send daily receipts electronically and the start of the Ticket Lottery (originally scheduled for July 1, 2020).

The extension of the Telematic Cash Register is reserved for all merchants and traders who had a turnover not exceeding 400,000 euros during 2018.
The Transitional Phase useful for complying expires on 12/31/2020, and from 01/01/2021 we will start in full swing, with penalties for businesses that have not complied RT, equipping themselves with the appropriate solutions for storing and telematically transmitting receipts.
