SmaRT Infinity transfers the purchase receipt to the customer's smartphone in digital format simply by placing the device close to the cash register thanks to contactless technology. Alternatively, by scanning the QR code that appears on the customer-facing display.
The immediate exchange of the document between the merchant and the customer saves an undeniable amount of time. Currently, in order to transfer the receipt, sensitive customer data must be requested, such as email address or phone number. This is a lengthy and outdated process, which is now completely eliminated. Furthermore, Digital receipts allow you to make an eco-friendly and sustainable choice by completely eliminating the need to print paper documents.

To facilitate the use and installation of Smart Infinity, we have developed EZ4, a series of quick and very simplified operations to get the cash register up and running as quickly as possible.

EZ4 allows you to:

• Performing the initial installation in a simplified manner. By scanning the QR code that appears on the SmaRT display when it is first turned on with your smartphone, you can access the dedicated “SmaRT-Service Mobile” web app and proceed with programming and setup directly from your smartphone. You can enter the header, tax information, departments, VAT rates, flags, logo, and cloud.
• Set your logo or product logo on the receipt and customer display. How? Simply by taking a photo of your logo and setting it up using the “SmaRT-Service Mobile” web app.”
• Receive remote assistance and monitoring from your dealer thanks to integration with our Cloud RT Service (service dedicated to retailers).
• Simplified updating and maintenance Thanks to its design, inspecting and maintaining SmaRT only takes a few simple steps.
