Located on the coast of Civitanova Marche, The Two Kings It is an informal and very popular beach club that offers its guests a complete experience. The facility includes a bar, a pizzeria with seating for about 700 people, and a space dedicated to live music.

A complex operation characterized by high service volumes, especially during peak periods, when speed, precision, and coordination among the various departments are essential.

The Challenge

For I Due Re, it was important to find a technological solution capable of supporting staff throughout the various stages of service and, at the same time, simplifying operational management.

The main objectives were:

• Make the work of the dining room staff faster and easier
• Improving Communication Between the Sales Floor and Production Facilities
• Process orders quickly and efficiently right from the beach
• Have intuitive, easy-to-use software, including for newly hired staff

The Solution

To meet the facility's needs, Labware worked with I Due Re to evaluate the most suitable configuration, by building an integrated solution capable of connecting the various service points.

The system includes:

• 3 cash register workstations
• smaRT NFC Fiscal Printers
• Service Printers for the various production facilities
• IQ Order, for taking orders directly at the table using a handheld device
• 4Order, for managing orders directly from the beach

All systems communicate with one another in an integrated manner, allowing orders to reach the checkout and the relevant production centers quickly.

The Results

The implementation of Labware solutions has enabled I Due Re to streamline its operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve coordination among the various departments within the organization.
