IQ Order combines orders and payments in a single application, freeing waiters from the need to have two separate devices.
Thanks to Tap2Pay, a technology that allows a device compatible with the service to accept contactless payments, effectively turning it into a payment terminal. This is the case with our Order&Pay H6 terminal and the Stripe S700 terminal.
4ORDER
Online payments for takeaway orders
4ORDER is a Labware solution designed for takeaway orders. With 4order, customers can view the digital menu, place their order, and pay for it in just a few simple steps.
You can access the service from your business website or simply by scanning a QR CODE.
Our 4ORDER service is also particularly suitable for other use cases, such as orders. “Cut in line”, which are very useful when attending festivals, concerts, fairs, and events of this kind. Or if you want to enable ordering from a location, such as for orders placed from the beach umbrella at a beach resort.
Thanks to 4ORDER, you can be sure of payment, and orders will only arrive in the kitchen once the transaction has been completed.
INTEGRATION WITH SATISPAY
Labware integrates Satispay in their payments, from the cash register to the kiosk, through cloud services such as 4Order and IQ Order. With Labware, your customers can pay with Satispay if:
- They pay at the cash register. All our POS terminals are enabled to receive payments with Satispay thanks to the display of a QR code on the customer side or thanks to NFC (only on Smart Infinity and IQ Display 4).
- They order and pay at the kiosk, and when finalizing the bill, they can choose to pay with Satispay.
- They place an order with 4Order, the takeaway service.
- They ask to pay at the table, and your wait staff uses IQ Order, the service that turns your handheld device into a payment terminal.

Labware integrates Twint for payments in Switzerland.
With TWINT, Switzerland's payment app, lets you pay conveniently and securely with your smartphone. Twint allows you to easily make contactless digital payments at the checkout and online. With Labware, your customers can pay with Twint if:
- Pay at the cash register; all our POS terminals accept Twint payments.
- Order and pay at the kiosk
- They place an order online with 4Order, the takeaway service.
