Our management system with integrated multichannel payment allows music and sporting events to offer a new and fast shopping experience, ranging from digital receipts to kiosks for self-service food and beverage ordering.
This shows that technology applied correctly to catering services provides enormous benefits to any professional in the sector.
Two days of electronic music in a historic location such as Castello della Rancia, a challenge that was successfully overcome in terms of managing the food & beverage area and festival entrance.

Together with Mood Festival, we designed an ambitious project to manage the three drink areas operating during the festival, the food area, and the ticket office at the entrance to the castle through our systems, with the aim of limiting the printing of paper receipts as much as possible and minimizing waiting times in the food & beverage area.
Our organization is divided into three areas:
DRINK AREAThe drinks area, which was the busiest and most popular during the two evenings of the festival, was managed using IQ 10 cash registers equipped with electronic payment terminals and IQ SELF 215, our kiosk, from which it was possible to order, pay, and collect drinks directly at the bar. The decision to install self-ordering devices was undoubtedly a success. The kiosks made the flow of orders and drink collection fast and smooth, minimizing the printing of paper receipts and encouraging electronic payments. They were extremely useful in reducing queues at the cash registers, thus halving waiting times.
FOOD AREA: The same goal was set for the Food area, managed by Lato Mare, where our IQ cash register systems and Stripe payment terminals allowed us to minimize the use of cards and activate Digital Receipts. From the QR code displayed at the cash register, customers could immediately receive their commercial document on their smartphones by simply scanning the code.
TICKET OFFICEAt the Festival ticket office, thanks to Stripe electronic payment terminals and our 4Terminal service, we have physically eliminated the cash register. All that was needed was a smartphone to scan the QR code on the payment terminal, effectively transforming it into a numeric pad where the desired amount could be entered and the payment finalized on the terminal.
