IQ Order has been designed to meet the needs of waiting staff. The goal is to make it quicker and easier to take orders. IQ Order is perfect for any catering establishment from pizzerias to restaurants, as well as bakeries and ice cream parlours.
IQ Order is really easy-to-use and functional. The interface, which mirrors the software application on the cash register, gives you access to the Labware management functions on a handheld device.

PAYMENTS:
- Taking payments can cause queues to form at the cash register, especially during peak hours, and even worse if the bill has to be split between customers. IQ Order solves these problems and allows payments to be made directly at the table.
- The flexibility of being able to take the payment at the table is not the only benefit of having IQ Order. It is possible to split the bill between customers based on what each one ordered or on the number of guests. You can also choose the payment method: card*, debit card*, cash or Satispay**.
- *Stripe contact must be activated
- **If the customer opts to pay by Satispay, IQ Order will display the QR Code to scan to complete the operation in the Satispay app.
DIGITAL RECEIPT
You can also decide to substitute the paper receipt with a digital one. By scanning the QR Code displayed by IQ Order, the customer will receive the document directly on their smartphone with the option of downloading it in PDF format.
