International Business Developer

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Identify potential new customers and partners, contact them, and create new business opportunities.
  • Manage existing customers from a commercial and technical perspective, including all activities related to promoting Labware solutions.
  • Working as a team to develop proposals that meet the needs and objectives of customers
  • Prepare presentations and meetings with potential and/or existing clients
  • Participate in trade fairs, informational events, and seminars with/at customers' premises
  • Present periodic forecasts to senior management
  • Collect requests for new features and improvements that come in through various market channels.
  • Analyze and monitor competitors' activities.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
  • Solid knowledge and many years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the relevant markets (hospitality & retail).
  • Extensive experience working with European and foreign markets in general.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Good marketing skills
  • Results-oriented and excellent negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge and ability to apply sales techniques
  • Ability to devise and formulate product solutions
  • Customer focus
  • Attitude and spirit of initiative and updating
  • Ability to schedule and plan activities
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently
  PREFERENTIAL:
  • Experience in sales and/or account management in a relevant market and/or with a competitor
  • Relationship portfolio in Spain
  • Degree in economics, marketing, or equivalent
