We share the minimum amount of information needed to process your order. Delivery people can only see your name, delivery address, items ordered, and whether you have added delivery notes;<\/li>\n<li>Authorized in-house personnel<strong> \u2013 <\/strong>employees and associates of the Controller, in their capacity as persons authorized to process personal data, who have committed themselves to confidentiality or have an appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality;<\/li>\n<li>Processors\u2014individuals, companies, professional firms, or other third parties with whom the Data Controller maintains relationships necessary for the conduct of its business for the purposes indicated above or as required by law, to whom a specific mandate has been entrusted and for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected, who typically act as Data Processors for Labware SpA. By way of example, the Data Controller may need to disclose data to the following categories: entities providing professional consulting and tax, legal, and judicial assistance services; entities providing IT system management services;<\/li>\n<li>Third-Party Recipients \u2013 Judicial or supervisory authorities, government agencies, public entities, and organizations (including, but not limited to: the Italian Revenue Agency, law enforcement agencies, judicial authorities, local governments, ministries, and their collaborators\/auxiliaries), insurance companies, and banks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>STORAGE AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your Personal Data is stored on servers within the European Union. Specifically, Personal Data is generally retained for a period of 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship to which you are a party.
