As part of our team expansion, we are looking for a versatile technical professional to join our Customer Service & ICT Infrastructure department.<\/p>\n

THE ROLE<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Customer Service is a team of qualified technicians that provides highly professional support before, during, and after the purchase of products, services, and integrated solutions in the areas of hardware, software, and the cloud.<\/p>\n

We are looking for a new, motivated team member to join our technical team, with the goal of enhancing our service and ensuring that our customers have an increasingly effective, reliable, and quality-focused experience.<\/p>\n

The successful candidate will fill a cross-functional role that combines technical customer service with ICT systems and infrastructure expertise, serving as a key point of contact for both operational customer support and the management and maintenance of the company\u2019s internal IT infrastructure.<\/p>\n

We are not looking exclusively for a \u201cpure\u201d technical expert, but rather for someone who is meticulous, curious, and focused on problem-solving\u2014someone capable of listening to and understanding the client\u2019s processes, analyzing issues, and transforming operational needs into concrete, sustainable, and efficient solutions.<\/p>\n

WHAT YOU'LL DO ON A DAILY BASIS<\/h4>\n

Customer Service<\/h5>\n

 <\/p>\n

  • Provide technical assistance to Labware customers across the entire range of hardware, software, and cloud services products, identifying and communicating the solutions required for the proper functioning of the Labware integrated system.<\/li>\n
  • Collect reports of issues (by phone or email), work to resolve them, and track the customer request management process in the CRM.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials (illustrated manuals, short video recordings, webinars) to introduce and explain products and product features and updates.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in preparing everything necessary (devices, documentation, etc.) to give presentations of products and integrated solutions to customers, in which you will occasionally take part.<\/li>\n
  • Perform installations at customer sites when requested.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in trade fairs when requested<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Network Management: VLANs, VPNs, NAT, Routing, Network Segmentation<\/li>\n
    • Infrastructure Monitoring and Troubleshooting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Microsoft Systems & Virtualization<\/h6>\n

      • Windows and Windows Server Environment Management<\/li>\n
      • Administration: Active Directory, users and permissions, policy management, corporate domains<\/li>\n
      • Hyper-V Virtualized Environment Management<\/li>\n
      • Backups, Snapshots, and VM Maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        Microsoft 365 & the Cloud<\/h6>\n

        • Microsoft 365 Configuration and Management<\/li>\n
        • Management: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Dynamics 365<\/li>\n
        • User, License, and Cloud Policy Management<\/li>\n
        • Cloud Migration and Integration Support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          VoIP & Unified Communications<\/h6>\n

          • VoIP System Configuration and Management: Asterisk \/ FreePBX, Cisco VoIP<\/li>\n
          • SIP trunk management, extensions, and telephone troubleshooting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            Linux<\/h6>\n

            • Basic Linux knowledge for: service management, SSH access, network configuration, and basic system troubleshooting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., customer service, consulting, training, application support, sales support)<\/li>\n
              • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
              • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills<\/li>\n
              • Knowledge of English<\/li>\n
              • Proactive attitude and customer focus<\/li>\n
              • Flexibility, Organization, and Prioritization<\/li>\n
              • Ability to work in a team<\/li>\n
              • Knowledge of various operating systems, such as: Linux, Windows 11 Pro, and Windows Server.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Preferred Requirements<\/h5>\n

                • Previous experience in IT technical support and\/or technical customer support<\/li>\n
                • Experience in customer management<\/li>\n
                • Microsoft certifications, networking, or cybersecurity<\/li>\n
                • Experience in MSP or system integrator environments<\/li>\n
                • High school diploma or college degree in computer science<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
